基于财务报表分析企业价值研究

Abstract（英文摘要）：www.328tibEt.cn With development of the capital market, enterprises themselves also become specia commodities that can be exchanged in capital market. The corporate goal of profit maximum has been changed into the goal of value maximum. So, investor and manager attract how to evaluate the value of enterprise. The financial statement is regarded, as the important reflection of enterprises financial situation and business performance, become the legal materials that the listed company announced regularly. Through the accounting data of the true financial statement, we can find out about the business performances of enterprises tentatively, discern the quality of enterprises, and predict the future of enterprises. That is to say, through the analysis of the accounting data offered by enterprise s financial statement, we can assess enterprise s value; predict the development prospects of enterprises.The text has introduced the relation between the financial statement and enterprise’s value at first, the conclusion is that the financial statement is major source of information reflecting enterprise s value. This text has discussed further the question that how to make use of financial statement to announce enterprises value, and has analyzed how to realize the method system of enterprise’s value through the financial statement.
