Information of manufacture becomes the global trend . ERP which is on behalf of management digitization is important embody of manufacture information technology characteristic, and important factor of manufacture information project. ERP adopts the newest computer technology, realizes the mutual actors in different flat. It organically integrates industrial goods flow, information flow and cash flow. ERP better supports integrations of enterprise management aspects, and brings the broad and long-term economic benefits and social benefits. All and all, ERP is the modern enterprise management system that is on the basis of ERP management software and person-computer system. Its core is ERP management ideology. In ERP system, fiscal management is the core module and function. Accountant and fiscal management’s object is the enterprise cash flow, the enterprise management effect and efficiency’s measure and embody. So fiscal information system is ERP implement’s stress. The FAW Finance Management (FFM) system newly designs for the structure and function on the basis of the ERP idea. It integrates the prevailing fiscal-software. So the FFM system accords to the current fiscal management of the first-automobile-works.The FFM system’s emphases are solving cost account veracity, its core is unite of goods flow, information flow and cash flow. And its aim is realizing the integration and share of fiscal information. In fiscal management information system, the last fiscal account reflects the enterprise management’s procedure and result. Therefore, the exact timely agile financial statements are very important. Financial information management software should make all kinds of reports. For swelling the software currency.In view of the existing deficient versatility, the analysis function imperfect shortcoming, the text proposed a set distributional report form system model based on com+ technology, through introduces three layerssystems structures and the component technology, designs the object and the interface of each service component, analyzed some questions faced in the process of the component deployment, construct three layers distributional system frames, he broken the traditional report form system design pattern, has realized report form system building with the distributional operation facilely and flexible, and realized the system’s dynamic expansion absolutely, caused the report form of information system to compile the analysis to be more flexible, satiies the users’multi-level multipurpose and the individuality need. With the application system unifies in together, meets the needs which the application system grows.This article construct system model divides into three levels——data service level , service logical level , expression level logically. The main realizations of three logical levels as follows: the data service level including each kinds of database, like report form platform database, information datums resources database and so on ; The service logical level is each kind of request which initiates according to application of the customer ,completes the valid verification, the formula verification, carry on the corresponding query work according to needs, and the produce corresponding material returns; The expression level is responsible with user’s man-machine interface, will return the material will display by the Excel form or the corresponding surface form.In view of the model realization, carry on the analysis to the factors affects the platform realization, including components and level relations, load equalization and expansibility, security question and correlation application technology choice. The article has conducted the research regarding the main technology of platform model, mainly includes the management of the transaction objects, the realization of the safety mechani, and put the thought to apply to the process of the system, has reflected the design thought is realizable.Looked from the design mentality of the report platform, this article proposed design thought of the platform model has the certain practical value, proposed set of improvement plan to the traditional report platform, he carried on the certain degree discussion for the better solution informationsystem report form question, proposed the new forecast to the platform model research direction.The system from the function looked mainly realizes following several points: According to actual need nimble definition report form template function (fixed table, fluctuation table, other three kind of report forms); Nimble definition automatic operation and verification formula function; The report form nimbly defines which to the user carries on the batch to compile, completely to compile, the pitch point compiles, the choice compiles, the automatic verification, the automatic operation function; The nimble definition simple list template, automatically forms the simple list, the account function ; Realizes the automatic switching ten thousand Yuan tables functions; The realization receive, derives Excel the function; Before the realization report form tranission the table cancels checks the relational verification function. For the sake of exactly opening out the relations among the kinds of data and fully reflecting enterprises’fiscal management status, the system is required to he the report analytic ability for correctly evaluating the enterprise value. The accountant report form’analyzing make judge for enterprise’s ability of repaying a debt , management and profit on the basis of the accountant reports. It can evaluate the enterprises’financial status and working results,forecast the coming reward and risk and look over the budget accomplish. The system that is added to financial statements analyzing system on the basis of the original function indeed becomes the intact system that has the computing ability and analyzing ability.
