Abstract(英文摘要):www.328tibEt.cn With China’ s accession to the World Trade Organization and the economical integration and internationalization, Chinese enterprise groups emerge rapidly, which promotes fast development of both theory and methods on financial management. With the development of economics globalization, Group company has been one of the most important powers in the economic activities. It has been the hottest issue in the academic discussion about how to run Group company effectively and efficiently. After the philosophies of "production oriented" and "market oriented" in the company management activity, "financial activity oriented" philosophy has been more and more accepted by both academic researcher and business managers.Capital is the blood of any company, it involves in the whole process of production cycle, such as raw material purchasing, goods production, product selling, calling back of money. So capital is center of financial management. By analyzing the necessity of designing a proper fund management mode, the author gives a summary of Chinese centralized fund management, and also discuses how to set up an ideal model of centralized fund management to adapt to the trends of the development of the modern enterprise groups. Thus it will achieve the goal, which is maximum efficiency and risk minimization in the use of funds. Whether Group company could show its synergy effect is closely related to capital management model and management efficiency. So this dissertation chooses Group company capital management as the research object, in order to provide some useful suggestions to Group company’ s capital management. First of all, it must be made clear what is Group company and its main characteristics and types. Then the principles and models of financial management in Group company will be introduced. Afterwards, it will cometo the king point of financial management——capital management, includingthe management models and analysis of their cons and pros. Consider the development condition of Group company at present, we will provide the technological support to choose the right model. Furthermore, information of technology’ s development also make it more convenient to manage capital, we try to establish capital management model for IT era.
