Abstract（英文摘要）：www.328tibEt.cn With the development of Chinese market economy ,especially after China joined WTO ,tax planning gradually becomes the main tool ,for enterprises to lessen their tax,burden and maximize their earning after taxes.However ,people tend to minunderstand the definition of tax planning,due to the obstacles of notion and misjudgment about corresponding enterprise behior .Therefore ,it is of great significance to understand the signification of tax planning correctly .to face the risk of tax planning actively and to implement tax planning in Chinese enterprises more efficiently.As a new subject in finance and tax, Tax planning is more and more important to enterprises.Nowadays Tax payers are interested in how to exploit the current tax regulations and reduce tax payment through reasonable tax planning in order to pursue legal interest and achieve win-win both for the state and enterprises.Because of the low cost and easy-operation, enterprises attach more important in tax planning through the selection of accounting standard.This article deeply analyze the feasibility of tax planning through the summarization of the present conditions of both the domestic and international research.The whole analysis is based on combining theory with practice methods. this article also thoroughly approaches the necessity,principle and impact of tax planning in accounting standards selection.the creative of article is that it introduces three kinds of targets:(1)directly reduces tax,(2)has biggest profits,(3)has biggest business enterprise value.
