我国会计信息市场现状分析与发展对策思考

Abstract（英文摘要）：www.328tibet.cn With the development of economy, the accounting information has become a important part of the economic activities .Accounting information technology content more and more high, accounting information demand he multiple and professional trend, accounting information market initial shape. the research about accounting information market helps to improve the quality of accounting information and promote the development of capital market, let the accounting information services for economic development better.This paper will be divided into five main parts. First theoretically proved accounting information commodity attribute, clear about the scope of accounting information market, analyzes the elements of accounting information market features and operation modes; this is the study of the foundation. The second chapter researches the influence of accounting information market from economic, legal, cultural and government regulation. The third chapter describes the achievements and problems of our accounting information market, and analyzes the causes of the problems. The fourth chapter compared with the United States from several aspects such as accounting information consumption structure, accounting information and the government’s regulation model. The last chapter puts forward the accounting information market further development countermeasures. Including: perfecting corporate governance structure, innovating service mode, and establishing an accounting information trading platform leading by the government etc.
