外贸行业ERP实施会计业务流程重组研究

Abstract（英文摘要）：www.328tibet.cn With economic globalization and the development of information technology, accounting BPR has been one of the most important aspects of the operation of modern companies including foreign trade companies. Superior accounting BPR offers foreign business companies an opportunity toimprove customer satiaction and profits for all partners . The thesis aims to extend accounting BPR to the daily management of foreign trade companies. the thesis helps the readers develop a clear and correct understanding of accounting BPR. Based on the description of the current situation of foreign trade companies in China, the thesis analyzes the problems existed in these companies from the perspective of accounting BPR, covering the management of material, information, and funds flows. Then the author outlines the overall plan of information system of an export enterprise . The methodologies of the analyzing and designing of information system used in the thesis are very advanced and popular in the world. The author analyzes and designs the module of accounts receivable management that is one of the most important modules of the export company’s information system independently by using Data Flow Diagram, UML model and so on .
