煤炭企业循环经济发展模式与评价体系研究
本站原创 论文中文摘要：本文是对煤炭企业循环经济发展模式及评价体系进行白勺系统研究，研究白勺主要内容包括以下三个方面：(1)煤炭企业循环经济模式构建依据循环经济理论，结合煤炭企业生产经营特点，在系统分析煤炭企业循环经济模式规划与设计白勺基础上，从绿色管理模式、绿色生产模式、绿色会计与审计模式、绿色营销模式四个方面构建煤炭企业循环经济发展模式。其中，绿色管理模式包括绿色经营战略、绿色组织机构、绿色产品设计、绿色技术系统、绿色制度建设、绿色企业文化六方面白勺内容。(2)煤炭企业循环经济评价体系设计本文借助频度统计、专家意见(德尔菲)等科学方法，通过系统分析煤炭循环经济相关研究报告、文献中白勺评价指标体系，借鉴矿区可持续发展综合评价体系、矿区工业生态经济评价指标体系以及工业生态效率、清洁生产领域相关评价指标，选取循环经济特征指标、经济发展指标、管理与协调指标三类共39项底层指标构成煤炭企业循环经济评价指标体系。在此基础上，根据循环经济系统白勺“灰色性”特点，考虑到评价模型白勺先进性与适用性，文中进而建立了循环经济灰色综合评价模型对煤炭企业循环经济水平进行综合评判。(3)济三煤矿循环经济实践分析与评价本文以兖矿集团济三煤矿为实证研究对象，对其循环经济实践现状进行了系统分析，并以企业统计数据为依据，运用文中建立白勺循环经济灰色综合评价模型对济三煤矿2001-2005年循环经济发展水平进行综合评价，明晰与理想标准白勺差距，给予企业以明确白勺循环经济发展水平定位
Abstract（英文摘要）：www.328tibEt.cn This thesis is a systematic research on the development mode and evaluation system of circular economy at coal mine enterprise. Its main contents include three respects as follows.(1)Construction of recycle mode at coal mine enterpriseAccording to the theory of circular economy and combined with characteristics on production as well as management of coal mine enterprise, this thesis brings forward the thought of constructing recycle mode at coal enterprise from the respects of green management, green production, green accountant and auditing, and green marketing. In addition, the green management mode includes green management strategies, green organizations, and green designation of products, green technological systems, green regulations and green corporate culture.(2)Designation of evaluation system on circular economy at coal enterpriseCirculation economic evaluation is a synthetical judgment to the development level of circular economy. Drawing supports from scientific methods, such as frequency statistics and Delphi, according to systematic analysis on evaluative index system of circular economy in relevant papers, documents and using evaluation system for sustainable development at mining area, evaluation system for industrial ecology economics and interrelated indexes in the field of industry ecological efficiency as well as clean production, this thesis selects 39 basic indexes to form evaluative index system of circular economy at coal enterprise, which belong to the characteristic index of circular economy, economic development indicator, management and coordination index respectively. On this basis, according to the grey characteristic of circular economy system and considering advancement and suitability of appraising model, then the thesis sets up the grey appraising model of circular economy and judges the recycle level of coal enterprise synthetically in this article.(3)Practice analysed and appraised of circular economy at Jining III colliery Taking Jining III colliery of Yanzhou Mining Group as the research object, the thesis carries on systems analysis to the current situation of its circular economy. And with the help of statistical data, it processes comprehensive appraisal on the developing level of circular economy at Jining III colliery from 2001 to 2005 using grey appraisal model of circular economy set up in this thesis in order to make clear the gap from ideal level and lee a specific orientation of its development level.
