财务管理系统中B/S系统开发利用

For cater for the demands of the market competition well and to maximize the performance of enterprises, the business operator must he the consciousness of the venture control and the ability of the management decision, and at the same time gradually increases the level of the business management, then finally increases the whole economic benefits. The ERP is the representation of management digitization which important embodies the manufacture information technology characteristic, and it is also an important factor of manufacture information project. The ERP adopts the latest computer technology, for example, C/S structure, B/S structure, Object-Oriented, databases integration, graph user Interface, the forth language, assistant tools and so on, and it not only supports Internet/Intranet/Extranet, electronic business, electronic data exchange EDI, but also realizes the mutual operate in different platforms. It organically integrates industrial goods flow, information flow and cash flow. The ERP better supports integrations of enterprise management aspects, and also brings broad and long-term economic benefits and social benefits. In brief, the ERP is the modern enterprise management system which is based on ERP management software and person-computer system, and whose core is ERP management ideology.In ERP system, fiscal management is the module and function of the core. Accountant and fiscal management’s main object is the enterprise cash flow which is the enterprise management effect and efficiency’s measure and embodiment. So fiscal information system is the key point of ERP’s implementation.The company system newly designs for the structure and function on the basis of the ERP idea. It integrates the prevailing fiscal software’s traits and consults the good qualities of national current fiscal-software. So the company system accords to the current fiscal management of the First-Automobile-Works.The company system is fiscal management information systems whose emphases are solving cost account veracity, whose core is unite of goods flow, information flow and cash flow. and whose aim is realizing the integration and share of fiscal information.The keen market competition demands financial data must offer valuable information to company fast, timely and exactly. Accountants should disentangle themselves from burdensome accounts so that they can participate in financial management. For meeting this, the enterprises must he the financial whose importance is to solve veracity of cost account, whose core is to unify matter flow, information flow and fund flow, and whose target is to realize integration and share of financial information.Although domestic financial software has generally basic scale and is relatively mature, it lacks of exploitable backgrounds of enterprises, so it can’t meet management demands. On the other hand, overseas software has great functions, but it requests high management levels and skilled personnel. FAW is reforming the system and there is a considerable discrepancy between present management foundations and overseas software. So it is hard to get expected benefits. Especially if function modules don’t work well the whole system can’t work so that financial function modules can’t meet management and calculation need. The company financial management and account according to the practical situation. They unify matter flow and fund flow, he found out the new way of cost account; planned accountant management system; cost account system and inner control system; standardized account subject system and report forms system and constituted the general system of financialThis paper detailed states the design and realization of B/S which is a part of this system. The paper first analyses the development trend of financial where gives us the reasons of developing. Then it gives us a briefly introduction from different aspects, such as structure, operation and function, which can make readers he a general idea of this system. It further analyses the advantages and disadvantages of B/S modules, points out the inevitability of the two modules which coexist long time, comes to a conclusion to use B/S .in B/S, explains the operation functions, the whole structure of the system and data stream chart and further states the designing processes of functions of registering units information, maintaining users, submitting quotations and agreements. The importance of the paper is the realization of B/S. Including the conception of groupware, making methods, the ways of uses, encrypting calculation, the introduction, principle and realization, the DES arithmetic, the realization of compression and decompression, introducing the principle and realization of FTP. Finally the paper gives us a summary of the whole contents and points out the succesul parts and the shortcomings, and expresses the hope of prospective work. We need do more in the future to improve our work.
