Abstract(英文摘要):www.328tibet.cn The accounting firm is the agency organization in the society, it is the work organization that registered accountants supply professional service by law. The management of accounting firm is a systematic progress, it includes both inner part management and exterior management two aspects. This text mainly carried on a study on the accounting firm management and some problems in the development. The main contents involved : The first chapter involves the meaning and the thinking of this research. The second is about the environment of the customer management. The third is about the goal of the text. The fourth is about how to manage. The fifth is about the quality of the management. Accountancy’s responsibility and define of audit responsibility, how to develop the market of the accounting firm , customer relationship in the accounting firm and the implement strategy of management, the accounting firm and the government department concerned are in a what position, the accounting firm guards against the customers’unethical things and the audit law responsibility of customers。
