Abstract（英文摘要）：www.328tibet.cn This paper begins with the general analysis of the moral dilemmas in the study field of financial accounting conductions. Firstly, the author presents us the conception, classification and characteristic of the moral dilemmas. Then, the author explains the various reasons for them from the different view of epistemology and practice. At last, the reasonable solutions to the problems in financial accounting conductions are summarized. Obviously the solutions are very good for the future financial accounting reform.
