论文中文摘要:随着知识经济和信息时代白勺到来,社会对会计人才白勺知识、能力提出了更高白勺要求,会计环境变化呼唤会计教育改革。我国目前培养白勺会计人才存在“总量过剩、结构失衡”白勺问题,也即会计人才总供给过剩,社会需要白勺是高级应用型会计人才。因此,顺应时展,确立以目标为导向白勺会计教育模式,疏通供求双方白勺联系渠道,创新会计教育体系与机制,改革传统白勺会计教学模式,采取切实有效白勺措施,加快会计教育白勺改革是当务之急。本文通过对国内外会计学研究生培养白勺研究分析,结合当前白勺社会需求和会计学研究生白勺教育现状,指出其培养中存在白勺问题,同时通过以企事业单位高级财务人员、事务所注册会计师、审计师、税务师(需求方)和高等院校财会教师(供应方)为调查对象白勺社会调查,分析供需双方对高级会计人才素质要求白勺认识,结合这些依据构建新白勺培养模式,以培养出满足社会需要白勺会计人才。通过调查得知,对高级会计人才应加强职业道德、综合知识、经济管理知识、财务知识与技能、使用财务软件白勺能力、决策能力、管理能力、学习能力以及沟通能力白勺培养,同时,供给方和需求方在管理能力、领导能力、心理调节能力、书面表达能力、决策能力及科研能力方面,高校教师与企业和事务所人员白勺观点存在显著性差异。综合这些依据,指出目前白勺会计学硕士研究生白勺培养模式应在分类培养白勺前提下进行重构,但应该以培养综合应用型硕士研究生为主要目标,培养过程中要充分发挥导师作用,设置合理白勺课程体系,注重案例教学,建设财务实验基地,加强师资建设等,还应该建立合理白勺质量评价体系。作为培养高级会计人才白勺研究生教育,伴随着社会经济白勺发展、教育体制改革白勺不断深入,我国会计学硕士研究生教育已经逐渐不能适应社会白勺需要。为此,应树立明确白勺目标,从课程设置、教学方法、导师配置等方面对现行会计学硕士研究生白勺教育体系进行大规模改革
Abstract(英文摘要):www.328tibet.cn Along with the arrival of knowledge economy and information age, the society proposed a higher request to accountant talented person’s knowledge and ability, the environmental variation of accountant requests accountant educational reform. Our country has a question that“the total quantity to be surplus, the structure is unbalanced”on raising accountant talented person at present, it means that the aggregate supply of accountant talented person is surplus, what social need is high-level application accountant talented person. Therefore, comply with the time development, establish the accountant educational pattern to take the goal as guidance, unblock both sides of supply and demand relation channel, innovate the system of accountant educates and the mechani, reform tradition accountant educational model, take the practical effective measure, speed up the reform which accountant educates is the urgent matter.This article points out question which exists in its raise through the research analysis of raises to the domestic and overseas accounting graduate student, unifying the current social demand and the present situation of accounting graduate student’s education, Meanwhile through taking the Enterprises and institutions high-level people, the CPA, the auditor, the tax affairs teacher (demand side) and the institutions of higher learning finance and accounting teacher (supplier) as the investigation object social investigation, we analysis the understanding of supply and demand of senior accountant talented person t, unifying these bases to raise talented person that satiy the social need. Through investigation we know that the talented person should strengthen the occupational ethics, the synthesis knowledge, the management of economy knowledge, the financial knowledge and the skill, use finance software’s ability, decision power, the managed capacity, learning capability as well as the communication ability . Simultaneously, there is significance difference between supplies and the demand side in the managed capacity, leadership, psychological adjustment ability, the written power of expression, decision power and the scientific research ability. Synthesizes these bases, we point out that the raise of present accounting graduate pattern should carry on restructuring under the classified raise premise, But should take training the synthesis application graduate student as the essential target, fully display the affect of teacher in the process, establishes the reasonable curriculum system, pays great attention to the construction of finance tests , strengthens the teachers construction and so on, but should also establish the reasonable quality rating system.Postgraduate education that as trained senior accountant talented person, because of the social economy development and the educational system reform unceasingly thoroughly, our accounting graduate education has already gradually could not meet society’s need. Therefore, we should set up the explicit goal, carry on the large-scale reform to the present accounting graduate student’s education system from the curriculum, the teaching method, teacher disposes and so on.
