论邓子恢发展农业生产思想

Abstract（英文摘要）：www.328tibEt.cn Deng Zihui is a excellent leader of our Party on farmer movements and rural work. In order to promote the development of our country’s agriculture ,he has walked into the countryside for many times, and has obtained massive firsthand materials by investigating and researching. he was good at uniting the universal principle of Marxi-Lenini with Chinese countryside’s objective status, and has put forword a series of ideas which can promote the development of Chinese agricultural production on the basis of absorbing people’s experience.In order to promote the development of agricultural production, he believed that we should make a series of right agriculture economic policy .At the aspect of ownship, he insisted on“mixed colour”and the co-existence of collective ownship economy and other ownship economy with the premise of collective ownship economy as a majority. At the same time ,he also insisted on mobilizing the farmers’productive enthusia by suitable price policy and distributing policy.At the early stage of the foundation of PRC, he argued that we should consider the fact of“Small Peasant Economy”and carry out agricultural cooperation movement with a positive steady manner so as to better stimulate the development of agricultural production. At the aspect of agricultural basic building, he advocated positively accumulating and making fertilizer, constructing and repairing irrigation canals, improving soil, moderately enlarge the size of soil and planting trees. Meanwhile, he also emphasized the sequence of everything and the importance of water and soil-protecting when we carry out agricultural basic building . At the aspect of agricultural planting principal, he advocated putting the emphasis on increasing rice production and developing muitiple planting .He thought that it is impossible for us to develop agriculture by enthusia only, we also need new agricultural technology as guarantee. Therefore, he insisted on strengthening the agricultural science and technology education for people and generalizing agricultural technology greatly on the basis of emphasizing traditional practical experience. He believed that there is a great economic and political significance for the development of mountainous areas because of their vast areas and plentiful energy. In addition, many of the mountainous areas are revolutionary base which own immerse developing potentiality. Therefore, he suggested we should take some relevant policies to push forward the development of mountainous areas in the light of their character .In addition, Deng Zihui also put great emphasis on agricultural management .He thought that we must enhance financial management and mathematical work in collective economy, and positive advocated carrying out agricultural production responsibility system .The character of Deng Zihui’s developing agricultural production mainly lies in four aspects: insist on the norm of productivity and taking agricultural development as the central position in rural work; take people as the root, put farmers’benefit on the first place for ever; presist in dialectical developing view and presist in thinking route that we do everything in the light of the practical status.
