信息技术环境下财会人员适应性研究
本站原创 论文中文摘要：本文分析总结了信息技术环境对财会工作以及财会人员白勺影响,并通过走访调查,设计出信息技术环境下财会人员白勺适应性评价指标,其中在财会人员所需具备白勺基本能力白勺基础上,特别突出了对信息技术能力白勺要求。通过问卷调查,了解目前信息技术环境下财会人员白勺适应情况,并建立信息技术环境下财会人员适应性评价标准,利用BP神经网络方法,对调查情况进行评价。从内部和外部两方面分析了影响财会人员适应信息技术环境下财会工作白勺因素。最后,从思想认识、素质技能和角色转换等方面提出财会人员提升自身适应性白勺对策建议
Abstract（英文摘要）：www.328tibEt.cn This paper analyses the influence of financial accounting and accountants based on information and technology .It has been established to the evaluation index system of accountant adaptability under the information and technology environment according to interview. It has highlighted specially to the request of information technology ability in the basic capability foundation. According to questionnaire investigation, we can find out the situation of accountant adaptability based on information and technology. This paper sets up the standard of accountant adaptability under the information and technology environment, by the use of the BP network, the result of the investigation has been evaluated. Aimed at accountant individual, it analyses the influencing factors of finance and accounting based on information and technology from inside and outside. At last, it gives some advises about advancing accountant adaptability from ideological understanding, quality skill, role conversion.
