网络环境下石油企业内部会计控制体系研究

Abstract（英文摘要）：www.328tibEt.cn The managerial environment and concept of petroleum enterprise now has undergone great changes because of the rapid development and extensive application of network. This kind of change affects the internal accounting-control system of petroleum enterprise and it brings some new problems and challenges. Therefore, it is significant to set an internal accounting-control system, which can ensure the security of oil assets and the integrity and accuracy of information, can improve the efficiency of petroleum enterprise and the ability to control risk.The essay emphasizes on the internal accounting control of petroleum enterprise. According to the characteristics of the petroleum enterprise, it researches on the new rising problems from five aspects: control environment, risk assesent, control activities, information communication and monitoring. It then refers to the establishment of internal accounting control system of petroleum enterprise under network environment. At first, it raises the goal and principles of internal accounting system. Then reconstruct the accounting framework, establish a risk prevention system of accounting control platform, build an event-driven accounting platform, strengthen the accounting information flow and communication and build the multi-level system of supervision. At last, the essay puts forward some measures and suggestions about the operating of internal control system of oil enterprise under network environment.
