Abstract（英文摘要）：www.328tibet.cn This thesis puts foot on the base of the theoiy about assets regroup,combining with the case of a certain chemical Enterprise assets regroup .Lt put forward some practical suggestions, which firstly analyses the enterprise actual strength and studies on the tactics of enterprise regroup ,then settle down the questions in accouting .By the combination of theoiy and practice it discusses usefully the latent problem and solving means during the course of executing process.
