Abstract（英文摘要）：www.328tibet.cn Since computer technology has been applied in accounting at the end of 1970s, until now, the market of accounting software for business accounting became mature, most of the accounting software suppliers contended with each other for the market of management accounting software. As the famous international companies entry into our market, the domestic suppliers will be confronted with challenge, which they he never met before. Domestic accounting software leaders such as Kingdee International Software Group Co. Ltd. and UFIDA Software Co. Ltd., change their focus from limited large enterprises to medium and all-sized enterprises.It is true, that the entrepreneurs of medium and all-sized business seemed to recognize the importance of hing an accounting information system, so they began to focus on how to improve the financial management, they also increased the budget of expenditure in accounting information system. Medium and all-sized enterprises in our country are calling for the era of accounting informatization. On the other hand, their strong thirst for accounting informatization made the domestic suppliers in the darkness see the daylight.However, is the accounting software market so wonderful as it looks like? Can the thirst of accounting informatization be tranormed into the purchasing demand for management accounting software? In fact, if the domestic medium and all-sized enterprises try to implement management accounting software, they will not only face the restrictions inside the company such as laggard management system, feeble financial supporting and lacking of person with high ability; but also he to confront with unforable applicability of management accounting software, because of their flexibility in operation and diversity in demand,
